Heat is the main source of energy. The sun is fundamental part of it. All the living organisms has heat in their bodies. If heat stopped working then the body become dead.
In Physics heat is energy which move from hotter to cooler body.
There are many question arises like ,how heat produce?  how many types of it? etc .,
